Who we are
SourceCodeStack Insights is a finance, business and technology publication, and a sub-brand of SourceCodeStack. Our work is produced by the editorial team — writers and analysts with backgrounds in software, accounting, and SaaS operations.
Editorial independence
Our recommendations are our own. No advertiser, affiliate partner, or sponsor can buy a favorable review, change a rating, or influence our conclusions. Commercial relationships never determine what we cover or what we say about it.
How we research and fact-check
- We rely on primary sources — official documentation, pricing pages, filings, and first-hand testing — over second-hand claims.
- Figures, prices, and statistics are checked against their source at the time of writing, and we link out where it helps you verify.
- We clearly separate reporting and analysis from opinion.
- Every article is reviewed before publishing.
How we make money
Keeping our guides free costs money to produce. We fund the site in two transparent ways:
- Advertising. We display ads (including Google AdSense). Advertisers have no say over our editorial content, and ads are kept clearly distinct from articles.
- Affiliate links. Some links to products or services are affiliate links — if you buy through them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend things we'd stand behind regardless, and a commission never changes our verdict.

Corrections and updates
We fix errors promptly. When an article is materially updated or corrected, we revise it and reflect the change date. If you spot something inaccurate, please tell us via the contact page and we'll review it.
